1. Scope of Agreement
These terms govern your use of the **hcalls** live audio HUD interface and billing systems. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately terminate usage and uninstall the desktop application.
2. License & Allowed Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform for mock interview prep, communication practice, and coding confidence exercises.
3. User Responsibility & Policy Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your utilization of hcalls is compliant with the internal hiring policies, rules, and codes of conduct set forth by target employers, recruiting platforms, or academic institutions:
- Self-Verification: You must check the specific terms, Honor Codes, and rules of your examination or live interview platform before opening or utilizing the hcalls live guidance HUD.
- Assumed Risks: We do not provide advice regarding candidate verification rules, and we disclaim any responsibility for candidates flagged, penalized, or dismissed due to third-party policy violations.
4. Billing, Passes & Credits
hcalls employs a transparent credit usage model:
- Credit Charge Rate: 1 credit is deducted per minute of active live HUD session tracking. Credits are not deducted while in setup pages, reviewing transcripts, or when the session status is paused.
- One-Time passes: Starter Passes and Pro Passes are sold as one-time, credit-based additions. They are not recurring subscriptions.
- Refunds: Since a free tier with 50 credits is provided to evaluate features first without a card, refunds for purchased passes are typically only granted for system upgrade failures verified by support.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
hcalls is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the service will lead to successful job placement, specific scores, or positive feedback. Under no circumstances will hcalls or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this software.
